Services
I offer individual and couples therapy for adults navigating relationships, anxiety, changing roles, caregiving responsibilities, and significant life transitions. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your experiences, strengths, and goals, with space to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and navigate change in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I have a particular focus on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to motherhood. I also plan to offer Rays of Resilience, a supportive community for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. More information coming soon.
Services
Initial Intake Appointment
Approximately 90–120 minutes
Your initial intake is our first opportunity to begin exploring what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. We will discuss your current concerns, relevant history, relationships and experiences, existing strengths, and goals for therapy.
This collaborative conversation allows me to better understand your needs, begin developing an individualized treatment plan, and determine how therapy can best support you moving forward.
Individual Therapy
53–60 minutes
Individual therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, explore what you are experiencing, and better understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences influencing your life.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may address anxiety, stress, burnout, identity changes, relationships, caregiving responsibilities, self-esteem, or significant life transitions. I have a particular focus on supporting women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, early motherhood, and the emotional, relational, and identity changes that can accompany these experiences.
Couples Therapy
53–60 minutes
Couples therapy provides a collaborative space to better understand your relationship, strengthen communication and connection, and navigate challenges together.
Our work may include exploring patterns of interaction, improving communication and conflict resolution, rebuilding connection, and adjusting to changes in roles, responsibilities, or family life. Therapy can also provide support as couples navigate significant transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.
Rays of Resilience Support Groups
Rays of Resilience is a virtual support circle for moms created to offer a welcoming space for connection, reflection, and honest conversations about motherhood. Gatherings may explore topics such as identity changes, overwhelm, mental load, relationships, self-care, and making space for both the light and the harder parts of motherhood.
Groups are currently planned for the third Tuesday of each month, with additional dates and evening gatherings anticipated as the community grows. Each gathering is offered on a drop-in basis, so moms can register for the dates that work for them. Babies and young children are welcome.
Rays of Resilience is a community support and educational offering and is not group therapy, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Current gathering: Finding Light in Motherhood
Virtual - $10 per gathering - Registration required
