Couples Therapy

A space to reconnect and feel heard

You may care deeply about each other and still feel disconnected. Maybe conversations keep turning into arguments, the same concerns keep coming up, or you’ve started feeling more like roommates than partners. You might also be navigating a new season together and finding that your relationship needs different support.

Couples therapy offers space to slow down, understand what’s happening between you, and work toward a more connected relationship.

What we can work through together

  • Communication challenges and recurring conflict

  • Feeling distant, lonely, or misunderstood

  • Emotional connection and intimacy

  • Trust concerns and relationship hurt

  • Parenting differences and sharing responsibilities

  • Pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood

  • Changing roles, expectations, and major life transitions

What to expect

I work collaboratively with both partners to understand your relationship, including the patterns that leave you feeling stuck and the strengths you already share.

Using an attachment-based approach informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy, we’ll explore the feelings and needs underneath conflict. Together, we’ll work on expressing those needs, responding to each other with greater understanding, and finding ways to reconnect.

You don’t have to wait until your relationship feels unmanageable to seek support.
