Space to connect, slow down, and feel supported

Motherhood and everyday life can leave little room for your own needs. These gatherings offer opportunities to connect with others, take a breath, and make time for yourself.

Rays of Resilience

A virtual support circle for moms.

You can love being a mom and still need space to talk about the hard parts. Rays of Resilience offers a welcoming place to share, listen, and connect with other mothers navigating the joys, challenges, and changes of motherhood.

Conversations may explore identity, overwhelm, relationships, the mental load, and finding support. You’re welcome to participate at your own comfort level. There’s no pressure to share or have everything figured out.

Infants and young children are welcome alongside you.
