The transition to motherhood can be one of the most significant changes in a woman's life. While it can bring profound joy and meaning, it can also bring uncertainty, exhaustion, shifting relationships, and changes in identity that can feel difficult to navigate. Whether you're preparing for motherhood, adjusting to life after welcoming a baby, or finding your sense of self in the early years of parenting, therapy can provide a space to feel supported, understood, and grounded.
As a therapist, I value authenticity, collaboration, and client autonomy. I view therapy as a partnership in which we work together to navigate challenges, build on existing strengths, and create meaningful change. I am especially passionate about supporting women through the transition to motherhood, including the emotional and relational changes that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship changes, and other seasons of growth and uncertainty.

Why I Care
My passion for supporting women through the transition to motherhood is rooted in both my professional work and personal experiences. As a mother, someone who relocated from the Midwest, and a business owner, I've experienced firsthand how even meaningful and positive changes can bring uncertainty, stress, and the need to adapt in unexpected ways.
My own experiences have deepened my appreciation for the many changes that can accompany motherhood, from shifting identity and relationships to finding a new sense of balance and self. They have also reinforced my belief in the value of having support during seasons of profound change. I am passionate about creating a space where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate their own path into motherhood.
